"This stay was far below expected standards and did not match what was booked or advertised. First, I specifically booked a king bed room, but upon arrival I was given a double queen room. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a clear failure to provide the reserved room type. Second, I paid for a mountain view, but instead received a view facing a gas station and nearby building. This is a direct misrepresentation of the room."

"This place was a 10 out of 10, couldn’t ask for a cozier more comfortable laid-back and relaxed place to stay during my time in West Yellowstone. The staff was super friendly, always available, and very knowledgeable about the area and able to give recommendations on everything as far as the activities and food. Just an absolutely superb decision to stay here!!!"

"Overall, a nice well-maintained building. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was not great but bacon was cooked nice and crispy and baked goods were fresh. The coffee was weak. Better at lobby but no decaf at lobby. Did not try the dinner restaurant. Definitely would stay again. This was my third time there. Breakfast is getting better over time. The rest has been consistently good each time."
