Lazne Belohrad Holidays from AU$1,855

Beautiful building and ideal location to the Old Town. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Unfortunately what let the hotel down was the noisiness of the rooms - you could hear every click, clank and door slam which kept us up frequently in the night. Whilst we stayed, we were right next door to building works, so drilling and banging was going on throughout the day from 7am onwards. Also we had electrical issues in the room from when we arrived, which took a few hours to fix. I’d recommend if you’re after a quintessential, beautiful and friendly hotel - just take ear plugs!

We stayed at the hotel for 2-nights during the weekend. I want to commend the helpful stuff at the entrance, who are always available and very helpful. The hotel is located in an excellent place, right beside the river and the old town. Very clean, the atmosphere is relaxing. We have several comments that can be improved: 1. We had a clogged sink in our hotel room. We told it to the Concierge at the lobby and wend for several hours for dinner outside the hotel. When we returned, I asked the Concierge is our sink was fixed. His reply astounded us: "I forgot", that was his reply. We were tired and a bit angry. We could not return to our room since we could not brush our teeth with a clogged sink. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour while they tried t fix the sink. They apologized and gave us free drinks. ok. An hour past, no one told us anything so I went upstairs to our room to check - it was fixed and cleaned. ok, nice, but if I hadn't checked it myself, we would have sat there at the lobby the entire night. This is NOT a 5-stars hotel service level, more like a 3-stars, at best. 2. Another concern: The breakfast buffet is terrible. It is a mess, and not in a good way. It is too crowded, handled poorly, long lines just to get an omelet. There is a nice menu on each table where you can order special dishes, but it takes a long time to get it and sometimes you don't receive the order at all, or they mixed it up. I do want to recommend their spa and pool which are superb.

Really enjoyed my stay at this new boutique hotel. The location is great, right in the center of Prague and everything feels fresh and nicely designed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also had dinner and a few cocktails at the hotel bar and both were excellent. Would definitely stay again

Hidden gem—super clean, lots of space, well equipped, and in a great location. Quiet, comfortable, and worth the stay!

Magnificent, centrally located Art Deco hotel built in 1904 and still family owned and beautifully maintained. The room was spacious and the bedding very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and served in a lovely street-side room. The live piano in the lounge/restaurant (Thursday to Sunday) was a very nice touch. I felt quite elegant staying at this property
