  • Spacious independent villa with a garden on four sides located in Lazise, 1 km from the historic centre (15 minutes on foot), consisting of a new eat-in kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Living area with satellite TV, decorative fireplace (not usable), double sofa bed, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning, wifi. Two double bedrooms with wardrobe and classic wooden furniture, a small bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe, windowed bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine, second bathroom with shower cabin. Large covered terrace equipped with table and chairs for relaxing outdoor dinners. Large garden, small barbecue, sunbeds and furnished porch with small sitting area available. Uncovered car parking within the property. Pets not allowed.

    We suggest this villa for large family groups who want to enjoy their independence and wide green space without giving up the convenience of being able to reach the centre of Lazise in a short time.

Lovely setting and beautiful traditional property.

Guests would benefit from having their own transport as taxis are scarce. We walked everywhere which was fine for us but familiesless able could struggle. Lazise is great base for exploring the area and would recommended the winery up the road.

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Lazise! Het huis is ruim genoeg voor 7 volwassenen en de tuin is mooi groen en rustig. De ligbedjes bij het zwembad zijn erg fijn. De slaapbank ligt comfortabel. De matrassen op de gewone bedden zijn iets aan de harde kant, maar verder prima. Lazise is een gezellig plaatsje met veel restaurants en het meer is prachtig.

Die Lage des Hauses war super!

Die Lage des Hauses war super! Es war ruhig und trotzdem konnte man zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Der Pool war super zum Abkühlen und es waren genug Liegen vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Der Grill war leider fast nicht nutzbar, da er sehr instabil war. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich! Alles in Allem stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Super Unterkunft in toller Lage

Rundum eine tolle Unterkunft mit kleinem Pool für 6 Erwachsene. Wir haben diese für 12 Nächte nutzen können und waren zufrieden. Einrichtung ist schlicht, störte uns allerdings nicht, da man die meiste Zeit eh draußen auf der Terasse verbracht hat. :) Der Besitzer ist absolut freundlich, wir kommen gerne wieder :) Waschmaschine sollte erneuert werden, leider ist diese recht klein und laut. Matratzen leider teilweise schon etwas abgenutzt bzw. durchgelegen.

Tolle Unterkunft, alles sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sollten mal erneuert werden, da etwas durchgelegen, aber sonst hat alles gepasst. Gut zu wissen: Es wird vom Vermieter eine kleine Grundausstattung zur Verfügung gestellt die allerdings nur kurz reicht, danach muss man Öl, Gewürze, Müllbeutel etc. selbst besorgen. Der Müll muss getrennt gesammelt werden und an dem zentralen Platz in Lazise abgegeben werden. (Öffnungszeiten beachten

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans la villa valesana en avril 2024. La maison est très propre, spacieuse et bien équipée et le jardin superbe. Nous avons même pu profiter un de la piscine avant que les températures ne baissent. La communication avec l’agence est fluide, réactive et elles sont toutes très agréables. La région est très belle et on peut rayonner autour du lac dans les nombreux villages, mais aussi visiter Vero ne, Mantou…. Ou même venise facilement ! Nous recommandons pour de belles vacances en famille!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber, es gibt einen großen Garten und Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. In Summe 3 Doppelzimmer und noch eine Schlafcouch, sodass in Summe 8 Personen Platz hätten. Im ersten Moment erscheint das Haus sehr abgelegen, aber tatsächlich gibt es einen schönen Weg der in die Stadt runter führt. Wenn man gemütlich läuft braucht man so 10-15 min. Aber auch mit dem Auto ist es in Lazise kein Problem in die Stadt runter zu fahren, da es an der Stadtmitte große Parkplätze gibt. Die Bezahlung vorab, ebenso der Check-In und Kontakt vor Ort waren klasse. Sehr freundliches Personal, dass auch immer über WhatsApp erreichbar war. Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits - wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub.

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man findet alles, was man benötigt. Es ist sehr geräumig, die Terrasse im OG ist toll mit fantastischer Aussicht. Der große Garten mit Pool und einer gemütlichen Terrassengarnitur hat uns auch super gefallen. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Wir kommen sicher wieder - sehr zu empfehlen!!

Sehr freundliches Team, die Lage des Hauses ruhig am Ortsrand, viel Platz für 8 Erwachsene Die Terasse im 1.OG ist sehr großzügig, sehr viel Platz aber dadurch leider auch etwas windig und kühl am Abend und auch wenig Schutz vor starken Regen, welcher oft mit starkem Wind einhergeht. Aber das ist nur unser persönliches Empfinden, ansonsten ein sehr schönes Objekt, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.... ach ja, die Mülltrennung ... theoretisch gsnz einfach, in der Praxis sind wir aber tatsächlich mehrfach daran gescheitert, mehrmals wurde der Müll nicht mitgenommen. Wir haben ihn dann selbst in den im Ort befindlichen Mülltonnen entsorgt

Grosses, geräumiges Haus,ruhige Lage, sehr sauber. Ideal für 2 oder 3 Paare. 2 saubere Bäder mit Tageslicht. gepflegte Außenanlage. Schöne große überdachte Terrasse. Sehr guter Service über das Vermietungsbüro. Die Möblierung ist im Gegensatz zu den beiden Bädern etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem ok !

Für Familien perfekt

Das Haus ist nicht das modernste, eher rustikal ausgestattet, allerdings sind die Bäder und die Kücke modern und werten die Wohnung deutlich auf. Perfekt für Familien ist das riesige Grundstück mit Rasen, Pool und schatten spendenden Bäumen. Die Kinder können durch den umlaufenden Zaun frei rumlaufen, ohne dass was passiert. Die Lage gibt leider keinen direkten Blick auf den See frei, aber man ist in 15 Gehminuten in Lazise und hat zahlreiche Restaurants, einen schmalen Strand und Cafés und Läden zur Auswahl. Die Küche ist nur begrenzt ausgestattet, zwar gibt es Töpfe und Pfannen und einen guten Gasherd mit Backofen, aber gute Küchenmesser sollte man z.B. besser selber mitbringen. Leider war bei uns der Küchenmülleimer nicht geleert, aber das hat man auch schnell selbst erledigt. Wir hatten von einer Baustelle nebenan ein lautes Störgeräusch und hier muss man Romina und ihr Team wirklich loben, die sich nach Feierabend bei strömendem Regen drum gekümmert haben, dass das Problem behoben wird! :-) Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Relax in villa

È stata sicuramente la vacanza più rilassante degli ultimi anni con tutta la famiglia. Dopo il periodo di lockdown è stata la soluzione ideale per i bambini che stazionavano sempre in piscina e anche per mia moglie che si è sentita al sicuro da ipotetici contagi all'interno della villa. Nella villa valesana regna la pace e la tranquillità. Il proprietario è molto gentile e ogni mattina veniva a controllare che l'acqua della piscina fosse a posto nonché a curare il giardino. La villa rimane tra Lazise e Calmasino e la sera non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo perché fuori c'è sempre una gradevole brezza di vento. Se uno vuole in casa c'è comunque l'aria condizionata. Per il mio telelavoro la linea Wifi è andata abbastanza bene. Mi pare che le cose migliorabili siano a carico del comune di Lazise: la raccolta dei rifiuti porta a porta e la linea Wifi che cadeva per le condizioni climatiche

Schöne Villa im alten Zustand

Schöne Lage, Wunderschönes Grundstück mit tollem Pool. Großräumige Villa mit abgetrennten Wohn- und Schlafbereichen. Viele Sonnengeschützte Aufenthaltsbereiche im Außenbereich. Die Innenausstattung ist veraltet. Im Kinderzimmer sind Wandvertäfelungen tlw. abgerissen bzw. beschädigt. Die Kinderbetten sind quietschende alte Klappbetten. Die Klimaanlage kühlt leider nur den Flur und gelangt nicht in die Räumlichkeiten.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa.

Die Villa hat all das geboten, was versprochen wurde. Für zwei Paare war sie ideal. Schöne große Terrasse auf der man sehr gemütlich verweilen konnte. Alles was man benötigte war vorhanden.
