The apartment features a bright living room with satellite TV, a well-equipped open kitchen, and a cozy bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. Central gas heating and air conditioning ensure comfort in all seasons. Step outside to your private terrace, furnished for dining or unwinding, with shared access to a beautifully maintained garden.

Guests can enjoy the large shared swimming pool (16 x 8 m), which includes a children’s section and is open from early May to early September. Restaurants, shops, and public transport are all within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy everything Lazise has to offer without a car. A garage is available for secure parking.
