Large balcony with lake view on the west side and small balcony on the east side.
New furniture.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Layout: On the 1st floor: (open kitchen(hob(4 ring stoves, gas), oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), Living/diningroom(TV(satellite)), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(single bed, single bed), bathroom(shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, washing machine), balcony, balcony, air conditioning, garden furniture) terrace(shared with other guests), swimming pool(shared with other guests, opened from Jun upto and including Sep)
These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price.:
