"Gorgeous property. Beautiful views. Well maintained and kept clean. The bed was the best lullaby ever. I slept ever so soundly. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The young lady that checked us in was on the surly side and could use some professional development on friendliness and hospitality for people of all cultures. But, the gentleman from Ghana that check me out made up for what she lacked and redeemed my experience. I would definitely stay again. "

"We could only stay one night,but it was so worth it after a lot of frantic driving from the south. Even though we arrived at 10PM our host was waiting and so welcoming. We had a huge room with everything one could ask for. Wonderful views. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was anything one wanted and then some. Our host chatted with us and we had a jolly good time comparing notes on grandchildren and the area. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here again. well done!"

We ran into a couple issues during the stay (no toilet paper, hot water heater breaking) but the owners/property managers were very responsive and did their best to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. "We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25. On June 22 Travelocity still had no idea the owner was deceased or what the property was doing. Call Travelocity Customer Service, 2 hour wait to talk to CSR. Used callback option, got call about 3 1/2...

"We all had a great time staying the weekend at the Beautiful house on Belvedere Avenue. This is the third year in a row we all stayed here. It was very close to the center of town where we had some great food and stopped at R & R for a drink. Plenty of space in the house to enjoy each others company. "The property was perfect for our family get together. We had a baby, toddler, preschooler, elementary and teens, moms, dads and grandparents. There was a place for everyone. Having a pack n’ play available would have been nice, but we procured one elsewhere. The property was large and felt very private, but Cambridge was just a quick drive."
