This property is currently under renovation with new owners who are very, very helpful and friendly. Safety was never a concern. Make sure you tell them to turn the air full blast in your room before you arrive. It was pretty hot when we arrived and we only had a few hours to sleep before My Son graduated from Boot Camp. They’re still working out the kinks on breakfast as well so prepared to eat somewhere else.

The A/C was nice and cold and the fan was smooth to allow for uninterrupted sleep. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the 24 hour fitness center as I arrived late in the evening and was still able to get some exercise in. The room was ok but could have been cleaner. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working and there was baseboard missing. The town of Lawton was new to me and seemed a bit sketchy. If I make this drive again I would probably drive a bit further into Texas and stay in Wichita Falls.

I love how when I get off work I can get a free hot delicious breakfast, and the workers will inform house keeping not to interrupt my sleep to clean my room since I work night shift. I can go straight to my room after breakfast into a wonderful clean room that is air conditioned and go straight to bed. This hotel is definitely a Gold Star in my books!
