Perfect Location!

This property had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. The location is unbeatable if you're planning to be on Mass! Will definitely be trying to stay here whenever I visit Lawrence in the future!

Great Mass Street stay

We came to Lawrence for the Kansas Brew Fest. The place was in an excellent location for walking around downtown Lawrence! Very close to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Nice Place

Very clean, plenty of room. It’s on the busiest street in town with lots of foot traffic, so there is some noise. But that being said, the location outweighs any foot traffic noise. Very convenient spot.

Convenient location

The host worked with us on check in time and accommodation for days which we really appreciated. Location is easy walking distance to all bars on Mass and home from a football game. There were loud buskers on the street outside the window till about 2 am so that was interesting and the whole place smelled like Pickleman’s (not the worst smell). For the cost, I would love to see a wine opener and at least 2ply toilet paper next time. With those it would be a five star joint because I think the other things are to be expected with the location.

Great location!

Property was exactly as described and super convenient to all the Mass street activities. It was a little loud on the street because it was a huge game day win (KU vs OU), and also Halloween, but we are sound sleepers, so didn’t bother us. Living area is really comfortable. Big TV. Kitchen is well appointed. Communication with Sarah was great. As others have mentioned, there are stairs up to the unit, but they were no problem. Really cute cafe next door for Sunday breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the old downtown building and original stone walls!

The property is very nice, clean and spacious. Great communication and very rapid replies to all questions! Would be 5 stars except the listing does not say there are very steep stairs to access the unit. It was difficult for 3 older adults (65-68 yrs old) to go up and down the stairs with bad knees and luggage. Please update the listing with that critical piece of info so those of us that are older can be sure we understand that. I'm certain it is not an issue for younger guests.

My 18 year old son and I stayed 2 nights for KU freshman orientation. Close to campus and right in the heart of Mass Street shops and restaurants. It was perfect!

If you know Lawrence, you already know what a fun location this is for food and enjoying downtown. If you don't know Lawrence, be prepared for some night time noises. We didn't mind the noise, didn't keep us up and mostly made us jealous we couldn't join!

A Location

Property was sufficient for what we needed. Family of 3, enough room and things available to make a comfy stay. The beauty in this place is the location. I dont think you could ask for a better spot in town. Park the car and walk everywhere you could want to go. Great food, shops, entertainment are mere steps away. Will be back
