"The hotel was very nice great location unfortunately our shower door was broke and would not close and there was no staff to come and fix it that night and we did not want to move rooms. The pool was closed and not working. I don’t know if that’s normal or not but property other than that was in great condition and I’m sure it was just the room needed help with the shower door."

"There was a threat of an ice storm. Although it was a stressful time the staff was extremely patient, kind, and friendly, especially to the people in front of us in line to check-in who didn't seem to understand the details of their stay. I think the staff even spent the night at the hotel just in case it was so bad they weren't able to get to work the following day. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was amazing with many delicious options, including the fixings for the oatmeal. We visit our grandson who lives in the area, about once a year. We will definitely stay here again."

Ran into a small issue while there and they jumped on it immediately no questions asked and had it fixed as fast as they could as best as they could with a house full of people, and kept checking on us after the fact to make sure we where comfortable.The house itself is beautiful, very well kept, we will be staying again, if not for the house then definitely for the wonderful hosts. Truly the best place we have stayed at. 10/10 would recommend. "
