"Upon arriving at the cairn hotel the driveway had ample space for entry and parking. The entrance to the hotel was extremely clean, the staff were welcoming, helpful and very pleasent. I would recommend a vacation here, you will have a great time and leave with a smile 😊"

"Great place set in woodland, rooms very spacious and spotless. Only problem was that some of the soft closures on the doors need replacing which resulted in doors banging loudly. We reported this and they said they would get on to it straight away. Would definitely return. "

"We spent three nights in June at the Crowne Plaza and would go back without hesitation. Pros: air conditioning, extremely comfortable king-sized bed (slightly firm), designated quiet rooms, close proximity to all of the restaurants and shops. Cons: nothing comes to mind"

"All of the staff truly made this the most enjoyable vacation ever! However one stood out, it was the front office manager Gergana who greeted us with warmth and professionalism that went above and beyond! At one point we were just struggling with time zone changes and the heat that had unexpectedly surprised everyone in England, she not only guided us to make arrangements with venues that were available in the later hours and air conditioned, she helped us make our bookings and get the most out of our vacation! We had traveled five days to get to Harrogate England dues to several flight cancellations but because of her help we went from miserable to totally rested, relaxed and rejuvenated! It was her kindness and caring that made our experience amazing! Next year we will take a another multi country holiday trip of a lifetime holiday and we are looking for Hotel Du Vin as the focal point for the cities we will go to next!
