"The breakfast buffet is in a different building. It’s a short walk, however it was raining hard the day we stayed. We could not drive in our car because of how the traffic is directed. The hotel provided umbrellas, which was nice. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel is located right by the highway and a semi truck parking lot. "Where do I begin? I took my wife here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking views overlooking Lake Lugano made every moment of our stay feel special. We truly loved every second of it. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality felt genuine and heartfelt rather than forced. Even team members who didn’t speak English well made a sincere effort to answer our questions and ensure we felt welcome. A special shout-out goes to the restaurant manager, Firas. He is a genuinely warm and hospitable person who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. I’d also like to thank the wonderful lady (did not grab her name, afternoon shift) at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to recharge, relax, and immerse themselves in beautiful natural"
