Great stay at Lago Maggiore!

This is a very nice apartment. We (a family of three) stayed there in July 2018 and were welcomed by a clean, spacious house with a brand new kitchen (appliances had not been used before), three bedrooms and a great balcony. Absolutely to be recommended for a family that wants to experience Lago Maggiore!

OK but good be better

Apartment has a great view over the lake, but its location - next to the station and a busy road and above a busy car park - means that it is a noisy location overnight. The apartment was ok, but * the double bed was very hard and therefore not comfortable * the shower is an old one and leaked onto the floor * the kitchen lacked any power outlets above the work surfaces, with just one in a wall that had to be used from a mobile trolley

appartement spacieux et très jolie vue

L'appartement est bien situé, proche des commerces et des promenades centre ville et bateau. L'appartement est spacieux, propre,bien équipé, la terrasse et la très jolie vue sur le lac sont très agréable. Le prix de la location est très convenable. En revanche ,le seul point négatif est la remise des clés ,a l'arrivée et au départ dans une autre ville à 20 minutes de la location,une voiture est donc indispensable, dommage que l'agence ne se déplace pas, cela devrait être précisé dans l'annonce.

Lage top, Sauberkeit naja

Die Lage ist super, ruhig, nah am Seezugang, Dorfnah. Die Ausstattung ist älter, Pfannen zerkratzt, nicht mal eine Rolle Klopapier vorhanden. Die Dusche war schmutzig, grenzwertig sie zu benutzen. Überall vermüllte Paletten, auf Waschmaschine und in Küche. Sauberkeit sieht anders aus, leider. Aber Größe und Lage sind top.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine große Ferienwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit tollem Blick auf den See und die nahen Berge. Es fehlt allerdings an Kleinigkeiten, z.B. gab es lediglich 4 Kaffeelöffel, zu wenig Stauraum/Haken im Bad, keinen Badezimmermülleimer, keine Matratzenschoner und sehr wenig Steckdosen in der gesamten Wohnung. Kleinigkeiten, ohne die man gut leben kann, die allerdings auch (mehr oder weniger) leicht zu beheben wären. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen.

Frühling am Lago

Die Wohnung ist mit allem gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Wer den Lago Maggiore erkunden will, ist hier gut bedient.

Seeblick

Rückgabe der Schlüssel ist umständlich (Abgeben oder Briefkasten). Mann muss 11 km zurück in den nächsten Ort fahren, wo man den Schlüssel bekommen hat. liegt nicht immer auf dem Weg. Der Wohnungsbriefkasten wäre eine Lösung und die Klingel am der Haustür sollte beschriftet sein.

Nichts für empfindliche Ohren!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem teilweise renovierten Zustand. Die Sauberkeit wird vom Vermieter nicht besonders ernst genommen. Wir mussten den gesamten Boden der Wohnung zunächst erstmal nass aufwischen. Im August findet täglich ein Rummel direkt vor der Ferienwohnung statt. Dieser startet um 20.30 und endet um 24.00. die Lautstärke liegt auf dem Balkon in dieser ganzen Zeit um 80dB. Ein Unterhalten oder Aufhalten auf dem Balkon ist Abends absolut unmöglich. ...

Niet wat we hadden gehoopt

Het appartement was ruim maar vies overal lag stof en nog haren in de douche en bad. En het rook er muf. Het uitzicht was mooi. De sleutel haalde je 15 min rijden in ander dorp op dit stond slecht aan gegeven. Het complex zat achter gesloten hekken erg veilig,maar met kinderen niet te doen je hebt 3 sleutels nodig om binnen te komen. We waren omringd door oudere mensen die hier permanent woonden er waren geen kinderen te bekennen. Wij zijn 2 dagen eerder weer naar huis gegaan.

Conditions optimales pour un séjour de vacances

Appartement au troisième étage d’une résidence récente, parfaitement entretenue et sécurisée. Vous y disposez d’un garage individuel fermé, peut-être un peu étroit pour certains SUV. Immense salon-salle à manger, trois chambres (une parentale et deux plus petites), cuisine manifestement remise à neuf récemment. Literie de bonne qualité. Terrasse spacieuse donne sur le lac. Très nombreux équipements en parfait état d’entretien et de propreté. WIFI efficace. Agence immobilière sur place dévouée.

Wohnung und Lage perfekt, aber niemehr im August!

Das Objekt ist genial. Schöne Wohnung, großer Balkon mit Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage. Leider konnten wir uns nicht vorstellen was in der Projektbeschreibung "im August Freizeitpark - Luna Park für Kinder" zu bedeuten hat. Wer gerne einen Rummelplatz vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster hat und nicht so sehr auf Erholung aus ist, hat damit die geeignete Wohnung gefunden. Der klasse Blick auf den See wird durch das Fahrgeschäft ebenfalls gemindert. Punktabzug in der Gesamtbewertung, da der Erholungseffekt gleich Null war.

Ouderwets appartement

De woonkamer en balkon zijn groot, de keuken is ook ruim genoeg, maar de badkamer, wc en ook de slaapkamers zijn aan de kleine/smalle kant. Het interieur is ouderwets (ook wel zichtbaar op de foto's). Er zijn weinig frisdrankglazen aanwezig. Hebben met het warme weer een airco gemist. Tip: een boek/schrift met dingen om te doen in de omgeving. Het rook bij binnenkomst heel sterk naar schoonmaakmiddelen en die geur is de hele week niet verdwenen. Het appartement was redelijk schoon (vaatwasser was nog vol, wel met schone vaat) Vreemd genoeg was er voor 4 mensen een bed opgemaakt, terwijl we voor 5 personen hadden geboekt. Het hele appartement is gericht op 4 personen (aantal stoelen rondom tafels, etc). Wij vonden het ook apart dat we de sleutel in een andere plaats moesten ophalen (stond niet duidelijk aangegeven op de reisdocumenten).

Einfach klasse!

Die Wohnung ist riesig und bietet viel Platz für alle. Der Ausblick, ohne Worte 😍 Von der Wohnung aus ist alles in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können Laveno nur empfehlen!
