The apartment features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Enjoy a beautiful balcony for summer evenings with views of Sasso del Ferro, the iconic mountain of Laveno Mombello. Located on the first floor of a three-apartment building, recently renovated with eco-friendly solutions and no gas use, offering generous indoor and outdoor spaces for great comfort. There is no air conditioning, but two large fans are provided. Perfect for families or guests wishing to stay several days with self-catering. We recommend having a car or alternative transport such as an e-bike or Vespa.

    This vacation apartment offers a shared outdoor space for relaxation. The property is conveniently located near various transport options, including trains to Milan, ferries to Intra, Stresa, and the Borromean Islands, as well as buses. Nearby you will find Cerro beach, supermarkets, restaurants, a laundromat, and bars. On-site parking is available. Families with children are welcome.
