Newly renovated hut in an absolute dream location! A paradise for those seeking peace and quiet in the Styrian / Carinthian borderland above the Sobother reservoir/St. Vinzenz / Lavamünd municipality.

Hiking trails and newly established and designated mountain bike trails and water sports offer a variety of ways to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The cottage can accommodate 6 people in 3 double rooms with electric heating and a wood stove each, has a spacious kitchen-living room with electric and wood stove, and dishwasher.

A large bathroom with incomparable view, with shower, bathtub and toilet extra complete the comfort of the cottage.

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist dort genau richtig. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und wer mal essen gehen will , fährt nach Soboth. Man sollte wissen das das Haus oberhalb der Sobother Stausee‘s ist.

Volkomen tot rust komen in prachtige omgeving en fijn ingericht huis.

Pros: Je stapt zo vanuit je vakantiehuis de natuur in; mooi wandelgebied (o.a. Soboth) en daarnaast dichtbij een meer waar het prima zwemmen is. Het vakantiehuis is smaakvol ingericht en de ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden is een verademing.

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich in einer wundervoll ruhigen Lage.

Pros: Das Haus hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen und der Stausee und das Wanderdorf Soboth haben viel zu bieten. Cons: Leider gab es in der näheren Umgebung nicht die versprochenen Mountainbikestrecken. Eine Strecke gab es, die aber nicht mit den Kindern zu bewältigen war.
