Casa Lorenzo

Very spacious appartement with an amazing view over the sea. Thanks to the tips of the owner who lives downstairs, a perfect host btw, we explored the pittoresk villages in the neighborhood. Ideal location for a relaxing vacation.

Our vacation in Lavagna, Liguria

We were on vacation in late October with the weather still beeing 20-24°C warm and sunny. The quiet flat offers a tremendous view on the sea through large windows from the kitchen/diningroom, livingroom and bedroom. It also has a nice wooden floor. From the town Lavagna it was very easy to reach the cities Portofino, Genova, Pisa and the cinque terre villages. Our host Claudio was very helpful and gave us a lot of travel advice. We had a really good time in Lavagna!

Pros: Casa praticamente perfetta. Dotata di ogni comfort. Arredamento di gusto...ma soprattutto vista mare impagabile. Potersi svegliare la mattina e far colazione davanti ad un panorama del genere è un bel privilegio. Molto apprezzate cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari. Torneremo sicuramente per l'estate. Soggiorno eccellente a Lavagna con molto amichevole prioritario. Eccellente.

Questa vacanza era molto importante per noi perché siamo stati a Lavangna per incontrare famiglia. La casa era eccellente per questa scopo. Ho potuto fare parmigiana e tiramisù senza problema. Eccellente. An he i cani erano i benevenuti. A pochi passi dal centro ma fa bene alla salute.

Herzlicher Gastgeber und tolle Aussicht

Pros: Der Besitzer hat uns bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen, war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde noch die Parksituation verbessert, sodass man nicht mehr auf der Strasse (kaum befahren und direkt am Haus) parken musste. Die ruhige Lage und Aussicht sind traumhaft, über eine Abkürzung ist man in 5 min am Meer, wo es auch einen entsprechenden Hundestrand gibt. Wir haben uns alle wie zu Hause gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ein Traum in der Wirklichkeit

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt und Urlaub. Zuvorkommender Empfang durch den Vermieter Silvano, der sehr hilfsbereit ist und mit Rat und Tips zur Seite steht. Die Aussicht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche ist fantastisch, egal bei welchem Wetter. Das Haus, mit einigen anderen, befindet sich auf einem Gelände, dass durch ein elektrisches Tor abgetrennt ist. Das Appartment ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und mit viel Liebe gestaltet und ausgestattet. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt (überbreiten Backofen, Mikrowelle, Induktions-Kochfeld,etc.), selbst wenn man viel kochen möchte. Selbst ein zusätzlicher Holzgrill und Pizzaofen ist vorhanden, inkl Brennholz. Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch zu Fuß nur 20min vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Garten ist excellent gepflegt und kann mit genutzt werden. Von dort hat man ebenfalls eine tolle Aussicht auf die Küste und das Meer. Der Vermieter hat selbst vorher in der Wohnung gelebt und sie mit Liebe und Detailverliebtheit hochwertigst eingerichtet. Im Haus wohnen 3 weitere Parteien, die aber kaum hörbar sind. Eine abolute Empfehlung für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Auch die Entfernungen nach z.B. Pisa, Genua, Portofino, etc. sind sehr gut für Tagesausflüge erreichbar. Der Ort Lavagna und direkt angrenzend Chiavari haben alles was man benötigt, von diversen Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Märkte für frische Lebensmittel, günstige und exklusive Restaurants und jeweils einen relativ großen Hafen. Selbst kulturell ist dort einiges zu entdecken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder!

wonderful apartment & amazing host

Silvano as a host went above & beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, I've never met anyone more welcoming than him and I am well traveled. The apartment is absolutely stunning with a breathtaking sea view, curated to the minimum detail. Living just in the neighbor region, we will certainly be back at Casa Lorenzo and I highly recommend this property. The location is strategic and close to Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo, Sestri Levante & Camogli, all romantic and beautiful villages.
