Never stay here
Never stay there. The "queen" bed is a double. There is no A/C - only a fan. Street noise is terrible. Check-in is a hassle. No maid service during your stay.

The best view in Lausanne, apartment style
This is a fantastic place to stay! The room was a studio apartment and had the most magnificent view of the Lausanne cathedral I've ever seen. The amenities were great, the furnishings stylish, the comfort abundant. Un deuxieme sejour avec grand plaisir !

Very impersonal location. If you have problem and no one answers and the office in the first floor is closed, I have no clue what to do. I reported a problem that there was a terrible smell in my studio to the cleaning ladies and they put some air refresher and it was not enough I went down to the office and they told they were fully booked, even i didn’t see a lot of people in the building, so I told her that then I will leave one they earlier and the person, do as you please and sr s an e-mail. Very bad experience, don’t plan to go there. The walls on the balcony were dirty with like black mold. So, I could enjoy the balcony. The walls on the apartment were dirty too.

The property was well located in downtown Lausanne. Check in was strenuous without access to a cell phone and the office being closed for two days due to an emergency. Other residents were very helpful. Safe location. The off-site person responded quickly to e-mails when we had WiFi. Unlike other accommodations, the city Transport card was not provided and we were not told of that situation ahead of time. The transit card provides free public transit in Lausanne, which is very helpful, and is paid for by the Tourist tax charged.

The apartment is in a good location. Big rooms and nice bathrooms. We also had a decent size balcony. The only negative was the bed head; which was cracked and sticky.. was not pleasant.

Don't book this one in summer
We stayed here in the last week of June 2019, when the heat wave hit much of Europe. There was no AC in the room, and the windows had no sun-blocking curtains (only some decorative strings of small beads hanging from the window). The room temperature reached 35C+ and stayed hot until after 10PM.It was impossible to sleep in the room. We asked for fans, which never came in the four days we stayed there. It was a total disaster

Horrible service. Never book
We had a booking for two studio apartments. They refused one room on the day of a confirmed pre paid booking. And they offered no support at all. The staff was rude . Hotels.com customer service also was slow and dint come up with a solution after 3+ hours on the phone with them. The bed is too small to fit two adults. Location is okay. But overall would definitely not recommend to anyone under any circumstances.

I would not recommend staying here. The shower was broken for the entirety of our 5 day stay, and despite both emailing and talking to reception within 24 hours of checking in, nothing was done. There are no curtains so be prepared to wake up with the sun.

We loved the modern design apartment and great expanse of glass overlooking the cathedral. Would have liked an exterior light for the access keypad numbers at night and at the gate.

Junior suite was a good size for 4 days. Nicely appointed bathroom. Powerful & hot shower. Bed comfortable. Kitchenette quite basic. No condiments. Would be good to have some salt, pepper, tea and coffee. Coffee machine pointless given it doesn’t take capsules. No point buying ground beans for a couple of coffees. Excellent location. On busy road with traffic noise quite noticeable. No soundproofing from rooms above with chairs/tables moving on floor very loud. Overall though, happy with the room

Central clean self service apartment
Very nicely furnished apartment close to the center of Lausanne. The check in process was different but very straight forward and the communication was always very good with the property. Location wise was perfect with the metro less than 2 minutes walk away and Flon less than 10 minutes walk.

Wont stay again
the room was very good and clean, I cant fault the room. Unfortunately there was no internet for 2 days due to the ISP blocking the appartments service (of the tenants was running a DNS proxy) and they didnt deal with it swiftly or well - when travelling on business a good internet service is mandatory. the other downside was that every night I was woken by very loud domestic arguments, screaming, shouting, items being thrown. Its a shame because the place is well centred in Lausanne and the apartment was excellent

Location and convenience in Lausanne
The Vision Apartments are located near the Lausanne Cathedral and conveniently only a block from the Bessiers metro stop. There was an issue with our room not being ready when we arrived, but the management took care of things immediately and even provided us with a giftcard for the local supermarket for the inconvenience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you'd need for a few days: microwave, stovetop, espresso machine and a toaster. Laundry in the basement is free of charge, and many rooms have balconies with nice views of the city. If you're looking for an apartment rather than a hotel room, this is a very good option.

EIN FARBENMEER DAS SO NIE WIEDER......
SEHEN MÖCHTE. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Der Style wie meine garantierte Buchung einfach unter Tisch gekehrt wurde sucht seines gleichen. Ein sauberer downgrade in ein eindrücklich grausliches Apartment das sich speziell durch das mit durchgebrochener Mittellatte auszeichnende Bett und den "grinch-frühlingsspucke-grünen" anstrich unweigerlich in die Gedanken einbrennt (in der ecke Horror 1a). Erwähnenswert ist auch der Sommerlich, frische Piss a la Modegelbe Farbton um die Toilettenschüssel herum. Bildet er doch einen Kontrastreichen Anblick zu dem vom (Farbenblinden) Innenarchitekten gewählten grünton.

La chambre supérieure que j'avais réservée ne correspondait ABSOLUMENT PAS aux photos sur le site (ci-joint mes photos pour comparer) . Tout est extrêmement usé et abimé dans cette chambre, on se croirait dans une auberge de jeunesse d'Allemagne de l'est en 1970. La housse de duvet était trouée !! L'hôtel est TRÈS MAL insonorisé et situé sur une rue extrêmement passante, comme une autoroute. PLUS JAMAIS VISION APARTMENT !!
