The apartment is located in a beautiful and recent complex. the furnishings are comfortable and beautiful, at the moment road works are underway which make it more difficult to access the building but public transport is still guaranteed and the distance from the center is only 5 stops. congratulations to the owner

Outstanding apt in Lausanne

This place is amazing: very clean, modern, very secure, quiet, big & tall windows, and well equipped kitchen. There is also a laundry & dryer set. The apt is very close to the metro station (2-3 blocks away) and grocery (Migros, COOP and others).

The apartment was excellent, modern, in great shape, in a quiet building five minutes walk from a bus stop, a train station, and an Aldo grocery store. My only (slight) negative comment is that it was a little warm; there’s no air conditioning, and the ceiling fans weren’t much help. Other than that, everything about this apartment was great.
