"We were staying in town for the Lainey Wilson concert at the state fair. Check in was great and as busy as they were it was smooth and everyone so friendly. We were able to take the shuttle with other fair goers and the drivers were awesome. It was so nice that they offered that service. We would definitely stay again for the fair."

"Always enjoy staying at the Embassy. The location is great! Walking distance to a good Saturday Farmers Market and restaurants and bars. All staff was great except the breakfast guy making omelets. Thought he was just having a bad day but the second morning he was just as crabby and rude. Property is getting a bit worn but still nice and clean. Can't wait to stay again."

"This spot was exactly what we were needing when we stayed in town for a recent graduation! It was within walking distance of restaurants and breweries! We enjoyed the space and layout, along with having a private garage space which was perfect. We were close enough to all the things we wanted to be near, and even took in an Iowa Cubs game since it was so close! The only thing that I would note (and this is obviously no fault of the property owner) is that there was a rather loud sideshow that erupted at the intersection down the street one of the evenings we were there. Plenty of loud exhaust, squealing tires, and music to be heard. So more of an FYI than anything that would turn me away from booking this location. My family and I would be happy to book this location again when we are back in Des Moines!"
