"I didn't even get to stay there at all I want to Boone trail and they said I had to have am ID and I expanded th hotels.com didn't tell me the and they would give me my money back witch was $183.63 witch sucks because I am homeless I barely eat because I'm always buy stuff for other people I am 19 and I'm trying my hardest I was getting a room because I needed a shower still ain't had one but it ok I'm just upset cuz it set me back alot"

"This was one of the best rooms and hotels I have stayed at over the years. And for the price , you can't beat it. Appliances are all up to date, clean and perfect. They even supplied dish liquid to wash my own dishes if I needed to reuse them . Towels, cups and coffee we easily accessible. Staff was really nice and made my staff feel so wonderful on my Birthday weekend. Thanka to all the staff I interacted with who helped me in anyway, thanks for taking pride in your job and rooms and thanks for having me"

"This cabin was definitely quiet and away from everything. Exactly what i wanted. Enjoyed deck and the cozy living room. Also enjoyed walking the road as no one else is around. Communication was excellent all the way through the trip. Only thing i wasn't aware of was the low ceiling in the bedroom. But you are only sleeping there anyway. This time of year I had Cumberland Gap National Park all to myself. So peaceful!"
