Southern Charm 1 - 5 minutes to downtown Laurel.

Southern Charm is on a quiet and cute street just minutes from downtown Laurel. The house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. There is one full bath and also a good size half bath.
The house is tastefully decorated with lots of color and antiques. All furniture (including mattresses) are brand new as of August, 2022. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need for baking or making a family meal. The's a 55" TV, dining table for 4, and a big kitchen with keurig and cuisinart coffee makers, crockpot, nice set of pots and pans, knife set, and so much more.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. All towels and linens are new.
You'll enjoy walking down the street with the cute southern homes closely.

A friend and I visited Laurel because of our love for the HGTV show Hometown. She and I appreciated the shops and the tour of the homes; however, what made our stay so enjoyable was the hospitality of Beverly and Don. We had the opportunity to meet them in person. They are a lovely couple. The communication from booking until checkout was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at Southern Charm. Owner communicated very well, was friendly and helpful, and even baked us some cookies! Just a few minutes from The Scotsman General Store, Scent Library, Laurel Mercantile, Pearl’s Diner, Lee’s Coffee and Tea, and Mimmo’s Italian - all great spots! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay! Everything in the house was ‘just so’:the furniture/decor were very inviting, beds and linens were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, loved having a washer and dryer. Great little cottage!

Cottage was just as pictured and described. Beverly was great! She checked in with us prior to arrival date and during our stay. She asked if it was ok to come over and bring us some of her homemade cookies. We enjoyed our little visit along with the cookies! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

I would definitely recommend this place. Mrs. Beverly is very quick to respond and is an AWESOME Host. Her place is very clean and welcoming. She makes sure that everything is good for you and only a call or text away. We will stay there again on our next visit. We did go and visit downtown and eat at several of the places and shop. It was a great trip.

Father Son Road Trip
