The hotel room is very clean, good location. Employee very nice .
The snacks on the top of refrigerator in the room are kind of confusing. They are next to the coffee bags, which we assume is free, there’s no sign of change for the snack bags. We thought they are free, ended up to pay $8 for a very small bag of peanuts. The guy went to the room checking if we used any items from the refrigerator didn’t speak English and didn’t told us that those small snack bags would be charged . It was embarrassing to tell front desk that we didn’t take any thing from the fridge and we should not be charged.

There needs to be more direction and communication. We were dropped off the first night in the dark in front of our building with no clue where to go. Once we found our room (no easy task) there was nothing to tell us what was going on/offered or where to go. Why not have an in room manual? A map? ...
