"The room was pretty clean. The staff were “okay”. Due to the fact that our room was not ready at check in time, they should have been more accommodating/welcoming if anything. They just let us know our room wasn’t ready. And then when it was ready, I only found out by going to the counter and asking if it was ready. I would have preferred they kept me updated without me having to follow up. This seems to be a new hotel. The plastic was still on the mattress for the sofa bed. There were boxes in the lobby area and the sign naming the building was not yet put up. Over all, it’s a very nice hotel and the room was very clean."

"The hotel was a last minute find after a terrible experience. And the staff was amazing. The room was a cleaner safer place then the hotel I came from there was some construction happening. But was willing to deal with comparison to where I came from."
