This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)

I loved everything about this hotel apart from I could hear a lot of traffic and street noise during the night. I kept me away a lot of my first night.

The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is spectacular. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Outstanding staff, very friendly and helpful. My wife wasn’t feeling well and they were very kind to her. The hotel itself was really fun decor, its on a back street that’s relatively quiet, but in a great neighborhood, a short walk to theGalleria and Duomo. A nice breakfast

We enjoyed our 4-day stay in Milan. The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant neighborhood with many positives. Quiet location, access to subway, taxi transportation, walking options. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The hotel staff could not have been more gracious and helpful, from check-in, assistance with reservations, and service - housekeeping and breakfast (delicious, especially the breakfast cakes).
