Schöne Zimmer - Frühstücksumsetzung fragwürdig.
Das Haus hat keine Rezeption, Eintritt ins Hotel und auch ins Zimmer erfolgt via Link. Unbedingt geladenes Smartphone mitführen!
Zimmer und Restaurant ansprechend, Personal beim Frühstück freundlich und das à la carte-Essen gut. ABER: es gibt genau ein Getränk dazu. Ich musste den O-Saft nach dem Frühstück separat bezahlen (was zuvor auch nicht kommuniziert wurde) und es war nicht möglich diesen auf die Zimmerrechnung zu schreiben. Für mich als Geschäftsreisender leider absolutes No-Go. Ich werde wieder in Laupheim sein, aber sicher in einem anderen Hotel.
