This is a great stay on the usually outrageously priced west side of Maui! The kitchen had every amenity you could ask for, plus a washer/dryer in the room itself with complimentary detergent. Bed was comfy enough, and it felt more like an apartment than a hotel…very spacious The downside was general room cleanliness upon arrival (you could feel the sand on the sheets and on your feet if you walked barefoot before we even went to the beach on our first day). We were also traveling with an infant/young toddler and were offered virtually no accommodations but knew this prior to rental. Overall, a great value for one of the most pristine areas on the island.

Really enjoyed our stay. Didn’t realize we’d have a washer/dryer in unit and our 1 bedroom had two full baths!

Overall great experience and clean, amenities, customer service was outstanding! Will book again with Honua Kai resort.

All the workers were so nice

The rooms were clean and spacious and had all the basics that we needed. We found the beds and furniture comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient for our needs. That being said, the no AC situation proved to be problematic for a number of reasons all of which boil down to noise. The courtyard serves as a funnel for all the noise from the neighbors whether or not they are trying to be noisy. We would hear lots
