"Das Personal sowie der gesamte Gastrobereich und das Essen super. Das Zimmer hatte neues Bad, aber die Betten mit der Matratze von vor 30 Jahren….bedenklich. Frühstück für 15€ pro Person ist im vergleich zu anderen Häusern wo ich war auch ein stolzer Preis. Das Fazit: zum Essen immer wieder gerne aber schlafen muss nicht sein."

"Pleasant stay at a historic hotel in Bad Nauheim. Everything was great except for one big fail by the staff: I had an early Saturday morning train to catch to get to the Frankfurt airport. When I asked at reception Friday evening to reserve me a taxi for the transfer to the BN train station, I was told I only needed to come to reception in the morning and it would take 5 minutes to have one come to the hotel. Whenever we saw staff at reception, they were very friendly and helpful. Good location, short walk to Schwanenteich parkrun, 2 x supermarkets, town Centre etc."
