"The kitchen was dirty . Filter in aircon and hood was very dirty and did not function as it should because of that. There was no remoutecontrol to the aircon. There is at all no sun at the terrace all the day as it is placed to the north. The pool area is very expensive to use. 20 Euro each person for 4 hour. Every time. At all this appartment is not worth the money. Very expensive in relation to what you get."

"This is a very special property with a kind, conscientious host. It’s an ancient farmhouse carefully restored and now in the main plaza of Cavedine. "This is such a charming place tucked away by a sweet lake with swimming and shade. We thought we had booked a place with the same name on Lake Molveno so were initially disappointed when we arrived to a different hotel/lake. But it turned out to be much nicer for us, more relaxed, less busy, more authentic. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen, large bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was generous and the staff was very helpful....

Amazing hotel in ideal position!
"Lovely hotel in an ideal position to enjoy Riva del Garda, just a short walk to lakeside and not too far to walk into town centre with many lovely restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just out of this world and set us up for the day! Room was bright and spacious (we had comfort room), lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. One small gripe, shower cubicle was a bit small although actual shower was great. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Loved the fact that parking was free, and plenty of spaces. We both enjoyed our stay at Parc Flora and would definitely stay again if we are in the area."
