Casa Sasà is a rustic-style house, recently renovated, in the Piane Vecchie district, a quiet area 9 km from Cefalù, ideal for those looking for relax and want to stay away from the city. Swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests, it's 3 x 10 meters wide and 1.20 meters high and is surrounded by a soft lawn. There is a BBQ to enjoy lunches and dinners by cooking delicious local fish but also meat, and consuming them at the outdoor table, and then relaxing in the lounge or in the shade of the trees. Young and adults can entertain themselves in the outdoor area where we have a ping pong table, a large area with a soccer goal to play ball and even petanque.Casa Sasà is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is the large kitchen with table and sofa, then the living room and bathroom with shower; on the second floor there is the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms, one single bedroom and 2 bathrooms; rooms are in rustic style but also with some modern elements, all have different colors and two have in common the large terrace that overlooks the garden with swimming pool; the others two bedrooms have a view across the countryside and the sea. Just 2 minutes by car you arrive in the large and long Salinelle beach where, in addition to sunbathing and swimming, you can take endless walks and long runs. We are always 9 km from Cefalù, so when you want to take a tour in the splendid tourist city, visit the Cathedral, stroll through historic center's streets enjoying a good ice cream, eat in one of the different restaurants overlooking the sea, in a moment you' ll be arrived. In the area there are a supermarket, a bar annex to a grocery (just 2 minutes walking), 2 restaurants-pizzerias, a wellness center and a water park nearby for the entertainment of the little ones. The house is easily accessible from the highway which is just 3 km away.
