"My stay at the surface hotel was amazing. the manager was extremely helpful as well as hotel staff. the hotel was clean, accommodating + extremely comfortable. I was made to feel at home. so much so that I consider this place a home away from home. I recommend this place for anybody look to stay in the Oklahoma City area."

"We are very pleased with this hotel. Parking downtown was in the garage next door. There was a charge, but after checking in and paying for the parking we could enter/exit as often as we liked. The elevators in the garage were accessed only by key card and brought us right down to the lobby. The front door to the lobby was also always secure and accessible by key card or front desk staff. We felt very safe! Our room was comfortable, breakfast was enjoyable, and we will return the next time we are in town."

"This hotel is flying under the radar. The front desk staff were amazing and the room was spacious and clean. Very hot shower and the AC worked to perfection. Breakfast was okay. The pool was refreshing. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and it's conveniently located between I-40 and Airport Road and like 5 miles from Will Rogers Airport. Nice decorations inside for pictures and plenty of free parking. I'll definitely be back."

"I had read all of the negative reviews AFTER booking the trip, so I was extremely apprehensive about staying there given what I had read about air conditioning going out in the middle of the night and broken power outlets. But when I got there, everything seemed to work fine. Room looked a little run down, but nothing abhorrent. Carpet was sticky in places and the TV looked about 20 years old, but nothing that made me want to pack up and leave. The location was perfectly set in downtown, and with a price I don’t think you could beat. It basically felt like a discount Embassy Suites, at a discount price. We would consider staying there again. Also… we parked around the corner after reading about how awful the valet parking system was. Overall it was an acceptable hotel at that price point"
