Modern contemporary-style apartment featuring three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and a cozy furnished terrace perfect for enjoying the outdoors with the comfort of a villa.
Located in a safe and quiet residence with a swimming pool, just a 5-minute walk from Popy Beach.
Accommodates up to 6 guests – Free Wi-Fi.

Ideal residence for a relaxing beach holiday, offering a modern, spacious, and well-equipped apartment located in the quietest and most residential part at the back of the complex.

This first-floor apartment overlooks the pool and is accessed via a shared staircase. Once inside, there are no more stairs, the apartment is all on one level.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (200×200), while the second and third bedrooms each have queen-size beds (160×200).

Each room includes its own storage space with closets and shelving. Blackout curtains are installed to ensure uninterrupted rest from early morning light.

The residence is peaceful and close to all amenities, and the apartment includes 1 private parking space.

Nothing is unnecessary: everything has been thoughtfully provided to make you feel at home, from the toaster, oven, fridge, and microwave to the dishwasher. Tasteful decoration, serene and cozy atmosphere.

The residence is equipped with a power inverter for water and the electric gate in case of outages, but the apartment itself does not have a personal inverter. Power cuts are rare and advance notice is usually given if scheduled.

Additional information:

Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.

For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.

Additional conditions,

- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.

- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.

It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

Notre séjour à Las Terrenas

Nous avons séjourné pour une période de 35 jours en décembre 23 et janvier 24 et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. C’était la 2e fois au Jardin Secreto, la première fois était en 2020, cependant dans un autre appartement. Point de réserve, il y avait des condos en construction à quelques mètres des fenêtres arrières qui nous obligeaient à fermer les fenêtres à cause du bruit. Las Terrenas est victime de sont succès, il y a beaucoup de développement. Ceci étant, cela n’a rien à voir avec l’hébergement bien situé. Maintenant, éléments réjouissants, une personne parmi nous devait faire du télétravail et a beaucoup apprécié pouvoir se rafraîchir dans la piscine entre deux réunions Zoom. La piscine était toujours propre dans un jardin très bien entretenu par M.Guió, le jardinier très professionnel et avenant du Jardin Secreto. Bref, un lieu très agréable.
