  • Escape to this lovely villa in picturesque Las Terrenas. With 6 bedrooms including 5 king beds, 1 full bed, and 2 bunk beds, this tranquil retreat is perfect for large groups. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Las Terrenas and our villa has to offer.

    Casa Las Sirenas: 1 minute walk to beach

    - 4 bedrooms with each king + bathroom
    - 1 bedroom with king and double (for 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults) + bathroom
    - 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbeds for 4 kids (no bathroom)
    - tv room with ac and large flatscreen
    - large lap pool
    - brand-new villa august 2024
    - full generator (means always electricity)
    - Starlink
    - large outdoor lounge next to the pool
    - roof top terrace with outdoor kitchen

    THE BEACH:
    is just less then 1 minute walk from the villa. Has a private door to a walkway that brings you directly to the beach.

    - Flexroom with AC and with large sofa where if necessary some adults or kids can sleep.

    Second floor:
    - 2 mastersuites king bed with each a private terraces, AC, and each private bathroom and safe locker

    - bedroom with bunkbed with 4 beds + AC

We just returned from Las Terranas and our stay at Casa Sirenas . There were 13 of us staying at the villa, 6 kids ranging from 3 to 17 and 7 adults. This home had more than enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The pictures do not fully represent the the attention to detail and the flow of design of the home which made staying there such a pleasure. The villa is a short walk to Playa Bonita where the waters are calm and clear. The villa is in a quiet relaxed setting, If you are looking to rejuvenate and connect with those you are travelling with, this is a great place. Great beach restaurants are 5 min drive away. We had a few minor inconveniences when we first arrived but they were promptly addressed by management Eduardo, and the staff. They were amazing in addressing all our concerns and making sure our stay was amazing. I would not have a second thought to returning and staying and Casa Sirenas. Fully recommend!

This was a spectacular property, exactly as shown in the photos. Wonderfully spacious layout and bedrooms with plenty of storage. The en-suite bathrooms each came with a hair dryer and the showers had hot water and good pressure. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and plenty more. The staff of Edoardo, Debo and Dania were wonderful and extremely quick to respond to any requests we had during the stay. Daily cleaning in the kitchen and main areas was greatly appreciated. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable - 2 minute walk. It is a gorgeous beach with few people when we visited. There was a major storm our final night which made getting a house with a generator totally worth it! Thanks for the amazing stay, 1000/10 would come back!
