"This is a cozy, clean 2 story villa with ample bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen in a private complex with 3 other villas, including one occupied by the owner, yard and a pool. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of by the lady who comes in daily to clean, do laundry and cooking upon request. "The construction site next to the property was extremely noisy and was not safe due to falling debris, I was moved to a better room with less noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! The environment was pleasant, and the price was unbeatable... Paulo and his wife were very accommodating. My suggestion is to advise the workers at the construction site to keep the shouting and loud speaking to a minimum "
