Our recently refurbished and modern 35 m² studio is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, just a few metres from Las Canteras and can accommodate up to 3 people (max. 2 adults).



The decoration has been carefully selected to create a harmonious and cosy atmosphere. It is worth mentioning the terrace area with outdoor views and furniture.



The accommodation is equipped with the following things: lift, 5 m² terrace, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning, tv, radio.



In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.



Without doubt one of the main attractions is the location, close to a pedestrian street, and the beautiful Paseo de Las Canteras with its famous beach. It is also surrounded by bars, restaurants, leisure facilities and all the basic services. Ideal for people who want to discover our island from a central and well connected location.

Nice little studio near Canteras

Nicely renovated studio, clean, great location, air condition (which was the reason we moved to this studio from our original booking). Not big but comfy for a few day's stay. Electricity in the studio was badly flawed. When using e.g. the water kettle, the fuse went off. The same with stove and microwave fuse down every time we switched it on. Also happened with a/c: turned on > fuse off. We had to turn the fuse up several times a day. Not a big deal, but makes you wonder about the safety issues there...

Mold/ Cold water/ electricity goes off/Smelly towels

I was absolutely not happy of how the whole booking was dealt with, there was mold in the bathroom, water heater won't work at all, electricity would go off unexpectedly (safety concerns already raised in previous comments), the towels smelled funny.The property asked me to pay 35 fee for bedsheets where by the way was nowhere written???I'm no diva, but this is a no-go, no hot water, electricity that jumps whenever, mold in the bathroom, that's enough for me, that's not a holiday.I communicated this, the property wrote endlessly that they will address the issues, but nothing will really happen, they were just buying time, they had no will to action anything, at the very least they could have changed the towels, and guess what? They didn't budge to do even that.Mark my words, they'll reply under this message with a nice reply stating that they are sorry and that they will address the issues in the flat, but they won't move a finger.
