It is in a good location where there are very few if none new or refurbished hotels. The property a former bank is in good condition and has creatively inserted bank elements to its present decoration.
In terms of attention to detail the hotel staff lacks training, ie.the bathroom with several long hairs still lying in the corners from previous guests, some small hairs visible over the cover of the bed-sheets (not inside), the water boiler despite being fairly new but given its very poor quality was rusty inside and its replacement just about the same, the response times from check in as well as requests over the phone quite slow but staff overall friendly. Value for money was ok but 4 stars may be a bit overrated.

Its in a great location near the port and bus station and beach, staff were friendly and helpful (special mention to reception staff here) , comfy bed, air con, loved the roof terrace) good value, etc. My only criticism is the food wasn't great, I'd eat elsewhere.

A beautiful experience
Posted 31 Aug. 2019 on HotelsReally it was an amazing experience, the staff so so friendly and helpful, the top terrace is beautiful, the swimming pool eh, but it does the job. The breakfast was really nice two different coffee machines.
The staff from receptionists, housekeeping, waiters are tip-top, continue the great work.
If you take the bus from the airport, is the most affective way, and the cheapest, and from the station to the hotel and vice versa is like 4 min walk , not far from the beach and lost of eateries.

Receptionist Lied
Posted 2 Aug. 2019 on HotelsThis hotel was very good in all other areas except transparency, we called to see if our 17 year old son could stay on his own and they said that it was no problem at all but when he got there they said he wasn’t old enough, it was resolved eventually but I have to say it’s not acceptable to lie to your customers
