New and bright holiday home in the heart of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Accommodation of 35 m² with 1 bedroom and a capacity for 3 people.

Kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also has a lift, iron, Wi-Fi connection, television and air conditioning.



As for its location, it is situated 550 m from the sandy beach known as "Playa de Las Canteras", a natural jewel of our city. a natural jewel of our city. The "Playa de Las Canteras" is a long stretch of sand, occupying about 3800 metres of coastline, which stretches along the bay.

Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, with good weather almost all year round. The place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.

It is also a large marine life reserve.

We recommend the long promenade that winds along the sand, past cafés and ice-cream parlours. At the beginning of the promenade you will find the terraces of La Puntilla and the fresh fish restaurants. At the other end of the beach, the surfing atmosphere around the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with more terraces and cafés facing the sea.

Everything worked well, and the apartment is nice and in a fairly good location. Whenever needed, we received very prompt assistance, and there was good communication between us. The biggest issue we had was that throughout our stay (one month), there was roadwork and construction going on, resulting in very disruptive noise from early morning. Such things are unavoidable, but I believe the host should have informed us about it in advance, especially considering that we needed to work from home partially. It's a nice kitchen, but you might consider investing a bit more in kitchen utensils in terms of small bowls, whisks, better knives, etc.

We stayed for 3 weeks in this apartment and was a great experience. The location is great and very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The view outside is a castle with a park which is lovely. The host is incredibly responsive to all our needs and even ensured transfer from and to the airport.

Wenn wir auf unseren Urlaub zurückblicken, sind wir, gelinde gesagt, enttäuscht. Als Sie uns über den Karneval informierten, erwarteten wir Straßenumzüge und Musik. Was wir zusätzlich bekamen, überstieg unsere Vorstellungskraft. Niemand verbindet Karneval mit Kirmes. Wir mussten nach dem Einzug in die Wohnung von den frühen Abendstunden bis 2 Uhr morgens wegen des Jahrmarkts vor unserem Haus extremen Lärm ertragen. Die Bässe dröhnten jede Nacht stundenlang und verursachten uns Herzklopfen. Das und der Schlafmangel zwangen uns zum Handeln. Interessanterweise riet uns ein Hotel in der Nähe, nicht einzuchecken, da der Lärm auf dem Rummelplatz genauso schlimm wäre. Glücklicherweise fanden wir ein Hotel, in dem wir 8 Nächte bleiben konnten, bis die Kirmes weiterzog. Abgesehen von der Unannehmlichkeit, ein ruhiges Plätzchen zu finden und hin und her zu ziehen, waren die zusätzlichen Kosten für uns erheblich. Ihre Argumentation in dieser Situation zeigte, dass Sie kein Interesse am Wohlergehen Ihrer Kunden hatten. Du hast immer wieder darauf hingewiesen, dass du uns über den Karneval informiert hast und das war's für dich. Sie haben nicht einmal ansatzweise versucht, uns entgegenzukommen, indem Sie einen Rabatt für die Zeit des Jahrmarkts angeboten haben. Zusätzlich summierten sich die sehr unzureichenden Kochutensilien und das spärlich ausgestattete Badezimmer zu unserer schlechten Erfahrung. Das ist definitiv kein guter Kundenservice!

Such a lovely stay at this apartment with a nice view! We were working remotely and the internet was smooth. Staff were amazing to respond for any request. Easily accesible to beach, bars, restaurants by walk (10min or less) Your apartment is just next to the bus stop which connects easily to Vegueta (30min) or major bus stations connecting to the airport. Shower water pressure..but that is a problem of every place in islands.
