Appt very nice and tidy, perfectly equipped. Totally quiet, as no window is at a street. Just 100m to the best beach. 20m to the Supermarket. Thanks a lot, we really enjoyed our stay and try to come back!

Perfect Canteras Beach Apartment

Fantastic apartment for a long stay in Las Palmas. Fourth floor was easy to access by elevator. Apartment included all the necessary tools to cook meals yourself and was just steps from all the restaurants on the promenade. So easy to get to the amazing beach and go for a quick swim in the ocean. A quick note: they are putting up a building right outside the living room windows so construction noise from 8am-5pm makes working a bit difficult. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fakten: 85qm Wohnungsgrösse angegeben-Tatsächlich 20qm weniger.Enfernung zum Strand 50m angegeben - 100m gegoogelt.Schlafsofa angegeben, auch auf den Bildern - vor Ort nicht vorhanden.Meinung: Andere Vermieter durch die genanntenPunkte, die vor Ort nicht so sind, ausgestochen.Die Wohnung ist mit bis zu 6 Personen buchbar, was mit der Einrichtung bzw. Ausstattung nicht zumutbar und machbar ist.Der Ort ist aller Zweifel erhaben und eine wunderbare Stadt und Strandabschnitt.Wir haben in der Wohnung zu zweit über 41 Tage gelebt, gemeldet waren 3. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war voll in Ordnung.Probleme (u.a. Defekte Waschmaschine) wurden von dem Vermieter behoben Der Kontakt war gut.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war fantastisch. Uns hat etwas Geschirr und Kochtöpfe gefehlt. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarn und den Fahrstuhl hört man sehr laut.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wäsche haben wir auch gewaschen. Die Waschmaschine scheint schon etwas älter zu sein und wirkt nicht wirklich sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Herzlichen Dank

Sehr zufrieden

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% dem Inserat. Es war alles sehr sauber, genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt ideal: 2 Minuten bis zum wunderschönen Strand Playa de las Canteras und 8 Minuten zum Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. alles in nächster Umgebung. Wir haben dort unsere 4 Wochen sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als wir Probleme mit dem TV hatten, kam der Vermieter sofort und hat alles eingerichtet. Alles in allem perfekt!!

Las Palmas einfach genial

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach auch den Bildern. Die Bilder sind zwar etwas älter, leichte abnutzungsspuren sind schon erkennbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, 5 Minuten bis zum Strand und mitten im Geschehen. In nächster Umgebung ist von Becker bis Supermarkt alles vorhanden. Der Vermieter stellt sehr viele Handtücher Strandmatten und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, könnte aber etwas hochwertigere Acessoires vertragen. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock, zum Hinterhof, ist durch die umliegenden Bars und Restaurants etwas hellhörig, uns hat es nicht gestört. Fazit: Wir hatten super schöne zehn Urlaubstage haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Apartamento acogedor y bien equipado

La verdad que estuvimos una semana con amigas y fue una experiencia muy agradable. El piso está ubicado al lado de la playa de las canteras y muy cerca al centro comercial. Lo malo es que el tiempo de la zona es bastante malo y generalmente nos íbamos a las playas del sur donde hacia mejor tiempo. Pero apartamento bien equipado y amplio aun siendo 6 personas.

La casa è stata un vero affare, ci ha permesso di stare comodi ad un prezzo davvero molto basso. Siamo davvero a 20 metri dalla spiaggia al centro di las canteras con il parcheggio attaccato (consiglio x chi ha noleggiato la macchina di fare l'abbonamento settimanale a 60 euro xke i parcheggi a las canteras non esistono e i pochi che vi sono sulla strada sono lo stesso a pagamento). In sintesi siamo stati davvero comodi!
