The fantastic top floor penthouse “Ático Delux 80” is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and it boasts an excellent location right next to the beach. The 45 m2 apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, satellite TV and a baby cot upon request. Your spacious private rooftop terrace with a perfect view of the sea invites you to spend your evenings here with a cocktail while you watch the sun set. Due to its excellent location you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (10-100m, 1 minute walking) and the beautiful Playa de Las Canteras beach is right in front of the building (20m away). Here guests can relax under the sun or take a refreshing dip in the sea. We also recommend you to take your time and stroll around the city centre and discover its beautiful architecture, its museums and its lively streets. The airport of the island can be reached after 26 minutes driving (27.6km).



There are breakfast and lunch options for a very good price in a nearby restaurant (ask the homeowner for more information).
