RIU Jalisco was excellent! Very clean and stylish property, newly renovated. Staff was friendly, however a few of our requests were not met at first ask but they came through in the end. We will definitely be back.

We were at the property when the cartel attacked Puerto Vallarta and we couldn't have asked for a better experience with the resort staff. They were accommodating, hardworking and did everything they could to continue making are stay safe, comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. I especially want to give a shout out to Omar. He was always willing to help and has such a glowing personality. The restaurants were excellent. The whole property was like something out of a storybook. I highly recommend this property.
