"The staff go out of their way to accommodate you and so helpful. They are friendly and immediately respond. Rooms are clean. The beach is clean and they have a turtle preservation program. Many turtles were laying their eggs and a team came every day to gather the eggs to protect them until time to bring them back to hatch. So amazing!!! You can arrange activities right at the site for fishing, jet skis, par sailing, etc. The resort is small in comparison to larger chain hotels but they are so much more true to the experience of Mexico’s culture. Love, love the whole experience and plan to be there again soon. "

Their employees Jose and Yensi are super friendly and helpful in all of your needs. They can provide pretty much anything you need to make your stay more pleasant. Just overall an excellent place to stay. Food and service is too notch. Tip: you can access through playa la Ropa and walk to the hotel it's about a 15 min walk "
