There is plenty of room in the main areas of the Casita. The kitchen is quite small and awkward to maneuver in with more than two people. There are audible barking dogs and trains on occasion

Accomidations were just what we needed. Place was clean and safe. Neighborhood was very quiet. Excellent for the price. I would suggest rearrainging the living room for two reasons. The minisplit blows.right on the love seat. And the TV is hard to see early in the day due to the.sunshine.
