Come enjoy your stay in this 3-bedroom, 2- bathroom quiet townhome. It is conveniently located in central Las Cruces, close to NMSU campus for visiting families/friends, or for enjoying an Aggie game. In addition, it is only a short drive to the three hospitals, making it ideal for nurses or providers. Excellent for those needing temporary housing. The close proximity to I-25 and Highway 70 provides easy access to local authentic restaurants as well as White Sands.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It truly lived up to its name of “Fabulous 3-Bedroom townhome”—spacious, cozy, and very clean. The host was extremely communicative and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having both types of coffee makers and even a well-stocked first aid kit. Overall, this was a very comfortable place to stay and a great value for the price. We’d gladly stay here again when visiting Las Cruces!
