Make yourself at home in this lovely 1-bedroom bungalow in Las Cruces. The cozy bedroom features a queen bed, while the welcoming living room offers a couch that turns into a full bed for extra comfort. Guests can refresh in the bright bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. Climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your day, this beautiful bungalow provides a peaceful retreat. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. There’s easy access to a private yard and firepit via the bedroom. The property is historic and once was one entire home. The original family is now living along the cross street Texas Ave on the north side. The adobe architecture style is less than 1% in existence today in the Mesquite Historic District.
