Perfectly located condo at the gateway to Old Mesilla. Not a detail skipped on this unit. The living area provides great exposure to high ceilings with wood beams. Nice, quiet and clean condo with easy access to pool and fitness room. Great communication with owners and property is close to historic downtown Mesilla, as well as easy access to I-10 and I-25.

Convenient Location

Property was clean and comfortable. Safe area with easy access to town. The unit is located somewhat under the stairs and a bit dim as we chose to keep windows to public spaces partially covered for privacy. Property manager was very helpful and easily accessible—one of the best we’ve experienced.

This property is absolutely wonderful! The kitchen was well equipped with full sized fridge, washer/dryer combo, needed cleaning supplies,plenty of towels, appliances and dishes, and a great ice maker! The grounds were beautiful, with a picnic table, great pool with comfortable seating and huge umbrellas. The apartment was spacious and it is in walking dstance of some of the best LC restaurants! I will defenitely stay again, anytime I come back to my hometown of Las Cruces!!!
