"We loved our stay here, we had a junior suit on the corner, the view was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Although some parts of the room were showing a bit of age it was very clean. Staff were mostly very friendly although we did come across one waiter and bar staff who were slightly rude. The rest of the staff made up for this massively. The pool is nice and always had plenty of beds available. Although it was cold it was appreciated in the heat. The pool entertainment was always fun. The spa is lovely we were lucky to get a free entry with the tour and really enjoyed the pools. Food was good, we enjoyed the different themed nights, im a fussy eater and always found something to eat. Entertainment was a lot of fun however we did notice the different performers played the same songs, we guessed they are trying to appeal to an older audience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come again. "

"I had a lovely side sea view room on the 6th floor. It was just so relaxing to sit on the balcony and take in the atmosphere. I love this hotel and have been there many times. It is unpretentious and stylish, an abundance of plants everywhere. I love the beach and walked it every day. Everything is spotless. The food is good quality with a good supply of fruit and vegetables. It gets a bit noisy between 8-11 with different local venues putting on their entertainment but all stops at 11.00. I also got a good deal with Expedia. I will be returning."

"Hotel Parque Tropical was a visually stunning hotel. The staff was more than accomodating. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. I am terrified of cats and there were cats on the property, I didn't think i would enjoy being there because of my fear of cats, but I must say that the cats did not bother anyone and I enjoyed myself. I recommend this property for anyone wishing to travel to Gran Canaria, Canary Island. The room was large and extremely clean. The view from my room was spectacular because it was the view of the ocean. Each room has a balcony which I loved."
