"Fully equipped kitchen. Everything very clean nicely decorated with everything you could possibly need. Great views, lots of privacy and easy trips to Fairhaven and Bellingham and beyond. Chuckanut Drive can be busy and sometimes noisy but not a terrible distraction in this lovely home. And there are trains, but we thought they just added to the charm. Seafood was a must for us and we made sure to stop at Taylors for clams and oysters. Our dogs did fine, although we made sure they were on a leash when they went outside due to close proximity of a busy road. A mountain goat scramble will take you up to the interurban trail just behind the house. If we had more time we would have done a little trail work to make it more accessible. Sherry is a gracious host and will show you around the place if you see her. It's an amazing work of art. "
