  • Escape to El balcón de Laroya, a recently renovated, welcoming rural house ideal for couples, families, or small groups seeking peace, nature, and relaxation.



    The property offers around 120 m² over three floors and accommodates up to 5 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, and Smart TV, 2 bathrooms (one with a hydromassage shower), and a fully equipped modern kitchen.



    A highlight is the private terrace of about 35 m² with mountain views, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, enjoying a drink at sunset, or preparing meals on your own barbecue.



    The house also provides high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, bed linen, towels, and basic supplies for your first days. For families, a cot and high chair are available upon request.
