"Poor check in experience.. arrived at 3pm.. offered twin room on ground floor when we’d booked a double & sent email asking for ground floor but was told all ground floors taken.. then offered a twin room ground floor.. shutter wouldnt open, smelt bad of smoke/tabacco, shower room mouldy and paint ..."
