They tried so hard to make this a 4+ star hotel but it just doesn't manage it. The breakfast isn't worth the 20 euros that it costs. The bed was so hard that I had to take ibuprofen to deal with the hip pain after the night and the mildew in the room was bad. The whole family was coughing or sniffling after spending 5 nights there. We were VIP+ and had one of the 2 bedroom suites. We're in room #1. The mosquitoes in the private backyard were so bad that we had a hard time using the only table that seated all 6 of us.

The room was quite spacious and very clean with lots of storage. The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful and friendly.
It was a 15 minute walk to the beautiful beaches where there are plenty of excellent dining options.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed and linens very comfortable. Area was dark at night; hard to navigate. Awesome views from our room. Didn’t get a chance to try the wines though. Coffee and tea in room nice touches.
