"We stayed here with a group of old friends and children. Communication with the hosts prior to arrival was excellent and we had a lovely welcome. They even invited us for welcome drinks and have lots of helpful information about the local area. We enjoyed cycling to the beach every day. "Hotel muy bien ubicado! Frente al mar. Con muy buena gastronomía en los alrededores! El desayuno muy bueno y excelentemente atendido!! Un bar que todas las noches brinda muy buenos tragos y con música en vivo que animan a los huéspedes con una atención es impecable! Habitaciones muy silenciosas! En las habitaciones estaría faltando calentador de agua y los utensilios para preparar e un té o café. La cama muy pequeña!!! Y la ropa de cama tenía una rotura! Las toallas de baño Exelentes. Deberían brindarte toallas de playa aunque sea con un costo adicional!! Impecable la atención del recepcionista, te brinda una muy amplia información. Lamentablemente no le preguntamos el nombre pero es el único que estaba durante el día! En algunos momentos hay una joven que no tiene idea de nada! No supo responder a ninguna de nuestras dudas y tampoco se preocupó por responder, creo que ni siquiera habla español! La otra tecepcionista Exelente!"

"Ideally situated if you are going to use the train station but a little out of the main centre of Perpignan where all the restaurants are. However you can walk it in approximately 15 minutes. They have a left luggage facility which was useful as we arrived before check in time. Check in was smooth. Safe wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed until night before we left. Shower head would not stay erect so had to hold it over yourself. Bathroom was more of a wet room with no shower screen. Ended up with water everywhere! Mini bar in room which we just used as a fridge for milk/wine. Two supermarkets close by."

"Had a great 2 night stay. Unfortunately the neighbour to our room had a very loud / angry phone during the evening going on for an hour. We could hear it very clearly. He had another call at 4am again very loud. A dog on the 8th floor was howling in the evening. Obviously had been left unattended. We will still revisit the hotel as it was perfectly situated to visit the surrounding area. Excellent value for money."

"If you need a self-catering option at the north (non-beach) end of town near the aérodrome, this is a good one. There are two supermarkets and a petrol station in a one block radius and the rooms are fairly big. They were very slow to reply to messages on Expedia and I had to track down a private email address. Check-in outside of office hours can be difficult due to staff shortages (contact them well in advance to arrange this). But a good option and good value for money."
