The apartment itself was nice, clean and very modern. The only thing we think would've been nice was an extra blanket and maybe something more for the exterior, because it doesn't look very promising when looking from the road. Overall, excellent value for money.

Very disappointing, broken utensils, no bathmats, mould in bathroom, very poor communication from host, I travelled to 80 countries and never been this frustrated by somewhere, yes price was ok for August, but do better

Terrible place to be!!!!! Water is not working.. Air conditioning is bad Our room door broke we got locked inside. TWICE! There was bedbugs and i had to go hospital, Because i got bad allergic reaction from the bedbugs!!!! And owner of this place didn’t answer to our calls or text messages.. And ants got inside under the door! Overall terrible place to stay.

So all in all the apartment was absolutely not recommendable. it was not clean and has many defects / problems, which we list here: Bathroom: very dirty in general, there were toothpaste holes in the closet, so it wasn't cleaned properly. Hot water barely worked Not, you had to press a booster button - but that didn't change the coldness of the water. We didn't get fresh towels or new toilet paper during our entire stay! Bedroom: the bed is very uncomfortable and we got terrible back pain! The TV started working at some point, but you had to turn it on at the back. But the remote control didn't work. We changed the batteries but it still didn't work. Under the bed and the couch it was absolutely filthy and disgusting!!!! Kitchen: the kitchen was also very disgusting. Some of the dishes were still dirty! We didn't use the kitchen at all! The only good thing was the Location and that the air conditioning worked. Nothing else! Absolutely not recommended!!!!

Il mini appartamento a noi assegnato era complessivamente scomodo e trasandato. Nella cucina c'erano pochissime stoviglie e anche non sufficienti a noi 3 occupanti,1 delle 3 sedie era rotta e si rischiava di cadere,entrambi gli inutili giganti divani senza letto avevano le sedute sfondate,abbiamo trovato un box per bambini non richiesto e che occupava un sacco di spazio,nella camera c'erano un letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo, niente finestra né armadio,doccia inutilmente enorme e senza appoggi per bagnoschiuma,lavandino piccolo come quello dall'aereo e senza mobiletto.Totalmente da rivedere.

Kein Rückruf bzw. Kontakt seitens des Besitzers, Klimaanlage ab dem 3.Tag ein Wasserfall, sodass wir in ein anderes Quartier umgezogen sind, natürlich auf eigene Kosten! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

No running water

There is no reception, so when my flight was delayed an hour, there was nobody there to check me in. Rather than contacting me to see if I was still coming, they just departed, so I had to use the phone of a family that was already staying there, which was very kind of them, and very uncomfortable for me. The water stopped working on my second day, and there was no response from the hotel to do anything to fix it. I ended up leaving to find a new hotel for my last night just so I could have a shower, and they have refused to refund me for the second night's stay.

Nissi 49 apartments

Отель по соотношению цена-качество на твердую 4! Удобная кухня, все есть-посуда, тарелки, кружки, чайник, даже тостер. В номере диван и двуспальная кровать, тумбы , шкаф для одежды, стол и стулья. Мебель в хорошем состоянии. Плоский ТВ, кондер, вентилятор, бесшумный кстати. Фен, утюг и гладильная доска сразу были в номере. Белье и полотенца меняют по требованию. Не хватает уборки номера, хотя бы раз в несколько дней, справлялись сами, просили метлу-подмести веранду, тк с ветром летит пыль и песок. Что касается месторасположения. Удобное расположение от пляжа нисси, 15-20 минут прогулочным шагом с коляской, бар стрит в пешей доступности, магазины, сувениры и кафе - все рядом. Апартаменты вблизи дороги, слышен шум транспорта, но ночью проезжая часть почти пустует, нам не доставило это неудобства . Мы были в октябре, клуб напротив Тога-Тога был закрыт. В сезон думаю, что музыка оттуда мешает проживающим. В целом впечатление хорошее, персонал приветливый.

Studio Apartment

We stayed in one of the small studio apartments. It was spacious with a kitchen/ dining area, double bed, a sofa and a little terrace outside, perfect for a couple. The location was good, it's on Nissi Avenue near to the fork in the road where you can walk up to the main strip. It's close to Sandy Bay and to the bus route where buses go one way to Nissi Beach and the Waterpark and to Paralimni in the other direction, very convenient. There's a great supermarket (Rossos) a very short distance away and a large array of restaurants and bars close by. It's not far to walk to the Harbour area but the buses run late if you can't be bothered.

Not up to standard!!

Phone lines were down and I had no power in the apartment for the first 2.5 hours of my stay and was unable to make contact with the owner. I had to drive elsewhere to get wifi to try to communicate with the owner as she was not answering her phone or answering txt messages. After finding an alternative number I was able to make contact and the problem eventually solved. Lack of Power was due to building works on the apartments below that I was not made aware of before my stay! Literally living on a building site. The entrance to the apartment completely overgrown with foliage. Note the spa bath outside does not heat up so was freezing cold and this was the reason we actually booked the apartment in the first place. The apartment itself is a good size however furnishings are old and worn not as pictured. We had a good time in the end after all the stress but would most definitely not return! I did receive an apology from the owner but it didn't make up for the fact it ruined our evening away

Top location great value.

Great location only minutes walk to beaches and amenities. Rooms clean and comfortable, great wifi and overall great value for money. Hotel staff extremely pleasant and hospitable, catered for all of our needs which enhanced our stay and experience.

Very Good Chilout Relaxing Place Specially in a resort like Napa Very Felixable Staff Owners Very hands on helpful willing to help with anything they can do to make your stay more comfortable I usually stayed at RiverRock having visited my friends there the day after I was Happy I stay Nissi 49 definitely don't be fool by the 1st sight once in the apartment everything is super Good shops Restaurant just across the road beach easy access
